Note 1: Colours and Mudra might be some what different than shown in the product images.

Note 2: Ganpati idols are packed in a special protected packaging and shall be as well further secured with additional cushioning while dispatch. This product shall be shipped out separately and the shipping for one extra box shall be added into your cart automatically, as applicable.

Note3: Despite multiple protections and packing, some minor chipping of clay pieces during transport may occur. If there're some small broken chips or pieces, they can be glued back with water. In case, the idol is delivered significantly broken, please take the image and send it to us on our email - support@ekirana.nl along with your order number, we'd ship a new idol or create a refund, as applicable

Note4: This product is hand-made by the trained craftsmen and craftswomen in India, however minor inaccuracies in colours, surface finishes etc are a part of hand-made idols.
